摘  要:目的探讨专业学位护理学硕士的临床培养,为完善临床培养方案的制定提供参考。方法采用半结构式访谈法,对10名护理专家就临床实习、临床带教、临床考评方面进行访谈。结果除在本专科实习外,专家建议进行相关科室轮转,每2个月轮转1个科室,专科实习时间至少为6个月;临床带教采取一对一、问题导向教学和案例教学的带教模式,带教老师需具备基本条件、职业素质和专业能力条件;临床考评包含知识技能,科研、教学和管理,综合素质三方面。结论专业学位护理学硕士的临床培养亟待改善,需规范科室轮转,改革带教方式,加强师资队伍,完善临床考评,从而培养高级临床专科护理人才。Objective To investigate methods for clinical training of students pursuing master of nursing specialist, and to provide references for formulating clinical training program. Methods Ten nursing experts were investigated by using semi-structured interviews in an attempt to collect their views on clinical practice, teaching and evaluation. Results Experts suggested that students should rotate every two months to study in relevant departments besides their specialties, and practice in specialty should be at least as long as six months; one-to-one teaching, problem-based learning, and case-based learning were recommended; teachers should meet basic requirements, and have professional qualities and competence; clinical evaluation included knowledge and skills, scientific research, teaching and management, and comprehensive quality. Conclusion Clinical training program for students pursusing master of nursing specialist should be improved. To cultivate advanced clinical specialized nursing staff, we should standardize clinical rotation, reform teaching methods, strengthen teacher team, and improve clinical evaluation.
