摘　　要：面对基础教育新课程改革对高师课堂教学改革提出的新要求,本文从高师课堂教学之教师理念、教学模式、师范生学习以及行政管理等4个方面出发,对高师院校课堂教学改革中存在的主要问题进行阐述与分析,提出解决问题的对策建议,以使作为引领基础教育改革的高师院校发挥其自身效力,为我国基础教育改革做出应有贡献。Faced with the new demand of new curriculum reform on basic education for classroom teach- ing reform in normal universities and colleges, the paper illustrates and analyzes the main problems of the classroom teaching curriculum in normal universities and colleges, from four aspects： teachers＇ideas, teach- ing model, normal students＇learning, and administrative management, etc. and proposes the countermeasures to solve the problems, in order to play the effect of normal universities and colleges in leading basic education reform, and to make a contribution to it.
