摘　　要：尽管护理发展史揭示了护理是一门专业,但"全国护士从业状况调查"结果却显示护士专业认同感不高。增强护士专业认可度应从弘扬护士专业精神入手。将护士专业精神之内涵概括为如下七个方面:关爱、平等对待、专业自主性、支持维护、慎独、行动负责、团结互助。在护士专业精神内涵中,"关爱"和"专业自主性"居于核心地位,而护士专业精神的内涵体现了护理伦理原则。Although nursing is a profession based on strong historical evidence, a national survey indicates that nurses＇professional identity is not high. In order to enhance nurse professional approval, the nurse professional spirits should be developed and expanded. Professionalism in nursing has seven aspects： caring, equality, professional autonomy, advocacy, prudence, solidarity and unity ＆ mutual aid. Finally, the author proposed that the ＂ caring＂ and ＂professional autonomy＂ are core values in the whole elements of nursing professionalism and these elements in nursing professionalism abide by the moral requirements of nursing ethical principles.
