摘  要:从高校医院医患矛盾存在的客观性,即环境及设备现状,工作人员构成现状、服务对象是特定人群、高校医院的基本医疗制度;高校医院医患矛盾存在的主观性,即服务意识不强、技术力量薄弱等两个方面分析了高校医院医患关系的特点,阐述了构建和谐医患关系的意义,提出了要解决思想问题、能力问题、沟通问题、保障问题等构建和谐医患关系的对策,并提出要践行"一切为病人"的服务理念,以促进医患和谐,最终达到患者满意的目的。The objective reasons for the university hospital doctor -patient conflicts includes the environmental and equipment status, work personnel structure, specific service objects and the basic medical system; the subjective reasons are the weak services consciousness and the weak technology. This paper discussed the significance of constructing the harmonious doctor - patient relationship and proposed the countermeasure, which is, solving the thought, ability, communication and guarantee problems, and also proposed that "all for patients" should he well carried out, so as to promote harmonious doctor- patient relationship, and finally make patients with satisfaction.
