摘　　要：培养具有良好实践能力的药学人才一直是药学本科教育的目标之一。构建"大药学院"药学实践教学体系是实现此目标的重要举措。分析目前药学实践教学的不足之处,介绍"大药学院"的组建、具体实施方法、实践考核和监督制度,探索药学本科实践教学新理念和新模式。Training good practical ability pharmacy talents is one of the goal of pharmacy undergraduate education. Construction of large pharmacy school teaching system is an important measure to realize this goal. This article analyzes the inadequacies of the current pharmacy practice teaching, describes the setting-up of large pharmacy school, detailed implementation method ,practical assessment and supervision system, etc, and may initiate new idea and new model for pharmacy undergraduate practical education in our country.
