摘 要:考察了D-101大孔吸附树脂对节节草黄酮类物质的吸附及解吸特性,对黄酮类物质的吸附平衡和吸附动力学进行了深入探讨。结果表明,D-101树脂对节节草总黄酮的吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,吸附动力学规律可用二级速率方程表示。D-101大孔吸附树脂纯化节节草黄酮类物质的适宜工艺参数为:黄酮质量浓度为2mg/mL、pH2.1、吸附液料比20:1、静置时间60min、50mL95%乙醇溶液为洗脱剂时,洗脱率达到99.01%。纯化后,黄酮质量分数从10.54%提高到60.01%。The application of D-101 macroporous resin for the adsorption and desorption of total fiavonoids from Equisetum ramosissimum Desf. was investigated. The adsorption equilibrium and adsorption kinetics were discussed in detail. The data obtained from kinetic and isotherm experiments could be well described using pseudo-second-order rate model and Langmuir isotherm equation respectively. The practicabte technical parameters for adsorption/desorption of total flavonoids by D-101 resin were as follows.2.0mg/mL fiavonoids solution concentration, pH2.1, amount (desorption solvent volume/D-101 resin weight ratio) 20:1, standing time 60min and eluting with 50mL 95% ethanol,under which the desorption rate could reach 99.01%. The purity of total flavonoids was increased from 10.54% to 60.01%.
