摘　　要：未来十年,我国进入城镇快速发展期。这种快速发展将不可避免地面临资源环境约束等诸多经济社会问题。《老子道德经河上公章句》的"小国寡民"思想对现代的诸多提倡走小城镇道路的理论(如田园城市理论、新城市主义理论等)可以提供一种有益的启示。China will enter a period of rapid urbanization in the next decade.This rapid growth will encounter resource and environmental constraints,and many other economic and social problems inevitably.This article makes a re-interpretation on Laozi＇s ＂small country with few people＂ idea,and indicates its revelation on small commrunity development in current China.
