摘　　要：分析现行培训机制存在的问题,提出医院管理培训的目标,讨论培训实施的原则,从组织监管与导向机制、计划生成机制、培训运行管理机制、效果评估机制和培训保障机制几方面入手,对如何创新和完善医院管理培训机制进行了深入的探讨。Starting from organization supervision and management, guiding mechanism, plan generation mechanism,the mechanism of training and operating management, the mechanism of effect evaluation and the mechanism of training safeguard, the writers analyze the existing problems in present training mechanism, put forward the goals of hospital management training, discuss the principles of training practice and make a deeper probe into the ways of creation and the improvement in hospital management training.
