摘　　要：通过准确解读"大学生创新性实验计划"(以下简称"计划")的目的和意义,对"计划"合理定位,建立合理高效的管理机构和规章制度,强化过程管理,建立完备的激励和保障机制,有力、有序、有效地实施"计划"。并以开展"计划"为契机,紧抠创新教育的内在要求,积极构建新型的创新教育体系和训练模式,取得了良好效果。Through interpreting accurately the purpose and meaning of undergraduates＇ innovation experimental program, locate reasonably the ＂program＂, establish reasonable and efficient management agency and rules and regulations, strengthen process management, set up perfect encourage and guarantee mechanism, the ＂program＂ was carried out powerfully, orderly and effectively. Take implementing the ＂Program＂ as a good opportunity and grasp closely the essential demands, new innovative educational system and training mode were set up. Good results were obtained.
