摘　　要：在以红霉素A为原料制备克拉霉素时,将一个副产物纯化至HPLC检测纯度在98%以上,通过理化性质测定,确证其结构为红霉素烯醇醚。A side product in preparation of clarithromycin was isolated and its structure was elucidated by UV,IR,NMR and MS spectra as the internal enol ether of erythromycin.
