摘　　要：创建具有国际水平的现代化医院,应从三个方面进行:(1)从医院规模上,要具有明显的优势;(2)在学科建设上,要不断创新,抢占新技术制高点;(3)在医院管理方面,要引进现代化的管理模式,使医院从各方面与国际水平接轨。Confronted with globalization trends in the times of market economy, knowledge economy, bioscience and space age technology, a numter of world level modernized hospitals need to be formed and developed for them to significantly contribute to : implementing the strategies of developing the country by relying on science and education and of achieving sustainable development; making better use of motive effects of medical Sci - Tech progress on productive forces, social and economic development; undertaking basic research and testing medical procedures in the spirit of higher quality leading to lower costs in health care; importing on a selective basis advanced technologies and raising abilities of independent creation to assure continuous quality improvement (CQI), a combination of multi - dimensional quantitative and qualitative methods, as well as cost - effectiveness and efficiency building.
