新时期高职院校学风建设的几点思考

摘　　要：学风是高职院校长期积累而形成的具有一定稳定性和持续性的一种氛围和精神。建立完善的学风制度是大学学生管理的永恒主题，是大学形成良好氛围的需要，更是大学培养全面发展人才的需要。只有加强学风建设才能实现高职院校的可持续发展。在我国高职教育大众化背景下，学风建设问题已越来越突出。本文从高职院校学风现状入手，对目前高职院校的学风状况的分析，结合工作中的感受，就创建优良学风展开探讨。Attitude of study is a kind of atmosphere or spirit which accumulated with stability and persistently. Con- struct of attitude of study is a invariable subject during managing of higher vocational college students, and is the demand- ing on atmosphere forming and person becoming. In order to improving the higher vocational college with sustainable develop- ment, construct of attitude of study is very important. During background of higher vocational education, attitude of study question appearing more and more. We analyze and discuss the status of study attitude so that we can improving attitude of study of higher vocational college students.
