摘　　要：在当前就业形势异常严峻的情况下,做好高校经济困难学生的就业工作,千方百计促进其就业,是我们义不容辞的责任。构建高校经济困难学生就业帮扶长效机制,其实施的主体应包括政府、高校、社会各界、学生本人,实施内容包括政策体系、保障机制、就业服务、就业指导等,实施过程应当具有持续性和适应性,实施的效果应当是在公众视野的监督下全面促进高校经济困难学生顺利就业,促进他们健康成长成才。In the case of the extremely severe current employment situation, do the work of the employment of university students with financial difficulties and do everything possible to promote their employment, which is our duty. To construct the college students with financial difficulties in Long-Term employment aid mechanism, the implementation of the main body includes government, universities, community and students themselves; the implementation should include a policy system, safeguard mechanisms, employment services, career guidance; the implementation process should be continuous, and should change with the c environment changes; the effect of the implementation should be under the supervision of the public view to fully promote the successful employment of college students with financial difficulties, and promote their healthy growth and success
