目的论视角下戏剧翻译中的超欠额现象——以《茶馆》两英译本为例

摘　　要：超额翻译和欠额翻译是翻译中常用的策略和手法;译者采用此种方法以润色译文抑或实现某种特定翻译目的。以《茶馆》两英译本为个案研究对象,从目的论的角度出发,探讨戏剧翻译中此种翻译方法的实践运用,藉以证明翻译目的论在戏剧翻译中的适用性。Over- translation and under- translation are the common translating strategies employed in translation practice to better translation or to realize some special purpose. The essay, under the framework of Skopos Theory, taking the two English versions of Teahouse as research object, tries to analyze the practical application of this translation approach in drama translation and aims to testify the applicability of Skopos theory in drama translation.
