摘　　要：高校学生资助体系的建立,为贫困生顺利完成学业发挥了重要作用。然而,该项工作在具体实施过程中还存在着一些不容忽视的问题,如在评定和资金发放过程中的认定方式单一,轮流坐庄、平均分配、提留班费等现象时有发生;同时,各种资助项目的单打独斗,缺乏有效组合,出现重复享受,导致资助面窄等问题,也影响了制度设计中应享尽享、应贷尽贷的实施效果。针对这些问题,文章对学生资助工作进行了有益的实践探索。The establishment of financial assistance system for college students can help poor students smoothly fulfill their study. Nevertheless, there exist some problems in practice cannot be ignored, for instance, ways of evaluation and delivery of grant, to be granted in turn or allocated averagely, and some remained as class fees. At the same time, the lack of effective combination and management of grants leads to repeat share of grant or narrow coverage of financial assistance, these all affect the implementation of financial assistance work in college, so the paper explores these problems in order to provide reference.
