摘　　要：案例教学法作为一种具有很强的针对性、实践性、开放性和师生互动性的方法，可以增强学生分析和解决实际问题能力。案例教学越来越被高校人力资源管理课程教学同仁所认同，在教学中也显示出强大的生命力。Case teaching method as a method of highly targeted,practical,open and interaction between teachers and students,can enhance students ’ ability to analyze and solve practical problems.Case teaching has being accepted by more and more human resource management courses in colleges and universities teaching staff,and it also showed great vitality in teaching.
