我院2011年度护理实习生自我表现的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查我院2011年度护理实习生自我表现的情况,为及时发现实习生的真实状态,改进我们的教学计划提供科学依据。方法:选择2011年4月至2012年4月间在深圳市第二人民医院进行实习的8所院校共计56名护理实习生,采用自编"护生临床实习行为表现自评量表"进行问卷调查。结果:大多数护生对自己的实习表现满意,其中对自己实习表现的总体评价为"非常好"和"好"的护生分别为:5人和44人,占所有护生的比例分别为8.93%和78.57%:而对自己实习表现总体评价为"不好"的护生仅有1人,占所有被调查护生的1.79%。护生对自己临床实习表现的评价中,得分最高的因子为"专业发展",其次依次排序为"管理、沟通、批判性思维、教学指导、临床护理",而得分最低的因子为"科研"。结论:通过这次调查,我们了解到了学生的薄弱环节,今后将在医院开展一对一的专人帮扶科研及论文撰写工作,尽快提高学生的科研意识和兴趣。Objective To investigate the situation of nursing probationer self-expression in our hospital in 2011, to discover the true state of intem, improve our teaching plan and to provide scientific basis. Methods 56 nursing students came from eight college were chosen in Shenzhen second People＇s Hospital from April 2011 to April 2012, by using＂ nursing students＇ clinical practice performance self-rating scale＂ conducted a questionnaire survey. Results Most nursing students on their internship satisfaction, which on their clinical performance evaluation as ＂very good＂ and ＂good＂ students are as follows： 5 people and 44 people, accounts for all nursing students respectively 8.93% and 78.57%： and their clinical performance evaluation ＂good＂ students only 1 people, accounting for all of the surveyed students 1.79%. Nursing students on their clinical performance evaluation, the highest scoring factor for ＂professional development＂, followed in order by order ＂management, communication, critical thinking, teaching, clinical care, and the lowest scoring factor＂ for ＂scientific research＂. Conclusion Through this investigation, we understand that the students＇ weak link, the future will be in the hospital for a person to help scientific research and thesis writing work, as soon as possible to improve students＇ scientific research consciousness and interest
