摘  要:目的:建立测定盐酸文拉法辛胶囊有关物质的HPLC法。方法:选用C8色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1 mol.L-1磷酸二氢铵溶液(20∶80),检测波长为205 nm。结果:盐酸文拉法辛与有关物质分离良好,最低检测限0.8 ng。结论:方法操作简便准确,耐用性好。Objective: An HPLC method was established for determination of related substances of Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Cap- sules. Method: The chromatographic system consists of Cs column, a mixture of acetonitrile R-O. 1 mol L-1 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate R solution (20: 80) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 205 nm. Results: Venlafaxine and related substances were separated. The detection limit was 0. 8 ng. Conclusion:The method was simple and accurate,and bad a good robustness.
