摘　　要：改革开放以来，随着我国经济文化的发展，我国的高职院校也得到了很大的发展，然而，在经济全球化的冲击下。又面临着许多的困难、障碍及危机，因此，我国高职院校应全面提高教学质量，以提高毕业生的就业率，创特色、树立品牌、实现经济效益，故我国高职院校在未来发展道路上必须制定一个合理的发展规划，完善高职院校的评估体系，提高学生综合素质，加快教学改革方向，以实现我国高职院校未来发展的目标。With the reform and opening up China＇s economic and cultural development, China＇s vocational colleges also get a lot of development, however, the impact of economic globalization, they are also facing many difficulties, obstacles and crisis, therefore, Hig- her Vocationalinstitutions to improve the quality of teaching, to improve the employment rate of graduates, the highest charaetedstics, establish a brand, to achieve economic, vocational colleges in China is a reasonable development plan must be developed in the future development of the road, and improve vocational collegesevaluation system to improve their overall quality, and speed up the teaching direction of reform in order to achieve the goal of the future development of vocational colleges in China.
