摘　　要：目的确定基于"仁礼信和"的护理人文关怀能力评价指标体系中各级指标的权重。方法在运用文献资料法和Delphi法确定指标内容的基础上,应用层次分析法对同一层级的指标两两比较构建判断矩阵,计算各级指标权重及一致性检验。结果得出了各层级指标相对上一层级指标的权重值及因子层对总目标层的权重值,经检验符合逻辑一致性要求。结论本评价指标体系与中国文化紧密结合,具有客观、系统、可操作的特点,通过对评价指标体系中各级指标权重值进行分析,为评价护理人文关怀能力提供客观、科学的依据。Objective To determine the weight for nursing humanistic care evaluation index system based on be- nevolence, etiquette, faithfulness and harmony. Method Literature review and Delphi method were used to confirm the content of index,then paired comparison the same level index, applied analytic hierarchy process to construction of judgment matrix, calculated the weight of every level and checked the consistency. Result Obtained the weights of every level, all of the weights conformed to the logical consistency requirement by checking. Conclusion The evalua- tion index system was closely combined with Chinese cultural. It had objective, systematic and operational charac- teristics. After analyzed the weight , it could be applied in self qualitative evaluation for capability of humanistic care by nurses. There is an objective and scientific evidence to evaluate the capability of nursing humanistic care.
