伤寒论评话 第7章 太阳中风有异同,原证变证需分清——太阳中风证的治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨《伤寒论》六经中各经中风证的生理情况、表现及治疗异同。方法:从《伤寒论》第12条、第13条、第42条、第45条、第95条、第15条、第24条,入手将中风证的论证分为三种情况进行分析。结果:①太阳中风证脉象并不是全是浮缓,尚有浮弱、浮数的不同,浮弱重于浮缓,无论缓、弱均应兼浮数;②太阳中风证的治疗分为原始证、误治后症状不变证和误治后症状改变证三类;③"营弱卫强"的实质是营卫两者都虚,病机以开泄太过为主,即卫气浮散,偏行于表,而见发热、汗出,即"阳浮而阴弱";④下之后气上冲实际是太阳中风证气机开泄太过病理的另一种表现形式,不是正气向上冲;⑤表证用桂枝汤后反而增加烦症,是邪在经里不能外出所致,刺风池、风府使经里邪气透于经表,然后随汗外出。结论:《伤寒论》各经中风证从生理情况和临床表现有异有同,要注意分清原证变证。Objective：To investigate the similarities and differences of physiological function, pertormance and treatment among each stroke syndrome in Shanghanlun. Methods：We divided the stroke into three parts to start with the argument according to item 12th, 13th ,42th ,45th ,95th, 15th ,24th from Shanghanlunin. Results ：①The pulse presentations of sun stroke are not completely floating slow. There are differences between floating weak and floating number. Floating weak outweighs floating slow. Regardless of slow and weak, all should take floating number into account. ②The treatments of the sun stroke are divided into original symptom, the same symptom after wrong treatment and the change symptom after wrong treatment. ③The essence of ＂Yingruoweiqiang＂ is both weak. The interpretation of the cause is that large open, that is weiqi floating scattere, turning away in form and appeared fever and sweating, namely ＂Yang floating and Yin weak＂. ④The gas rushing on is another pathological form of the sun stroke by large open,not healthy qi pushing upright. ⑤The syndrome of superficial zheng increases after Guizhi decoction, which is caused by the vicious. Acupuncture with Cifengchi and fengfu can make the vicious out of the channel, along with sweat. Conclusion： There are similarities and differences both in physiology and clin-ical expression of sun stroke,we should pay attention to distinguish them.
