高校经管类专业经济法教学方法探析

摘　　要：高校经管类专业经济法教学方法不能简单套用法学专业的经济法教学方法,同样也不同于经管类专业其他课程的教学方法。文章在对讲授法、案例分析法等教学方法进行概述并分析其各自存在的问题基础上,提出了高校经管类专业经济法教学方法的完善思路,以期更好地完成教学目标。The teaching methodology for the course of economy, a course under the umbrel- la of the management specialty, law should not follow the common practice in the science of law specialty though it should follow the other courses under the same umbrella either. The teaching methodology of economy law is proposed based on the analysis of the methods of lecturing, case analyzing and other methods.
