摘　　要：目的分析2011年生物化学检验课程考试试卷,评价其质量。方法采用统计学方法对生物化学检验课程的考试成绩进行处理,从难度、区分度、信度三方面分析试卷和试题质量。结果试卷的平均难度为0.73,平均区分度为0.54,试卷信度为0.8 125。结论生物化学检验试卷试题的难度适中,区分度很好,能够比较全面的评价学生对该课程掌握的程度。Objective To analyse the examination paper of biochemistry test curricula and evaluate the paper quality. Methods The authors adopted the methods of statistics to deal with the exam results,and analysed the pa- per quality from the angles of difficulty ,discrimination and reliability. Results The results showed that the diffi- culty was 0.73, the average discrimination was 0.54. the reliability was 0. 8325. Conclusion The paper difficulty of biochemistry test and the discrimination are better ,which shows that the students have a good command of bio- chemistry test knowledge.
