摘 要:校企合作旨在提高人才培养质量和企业经济效益,这在发达国家发展得很成熟,然而在国内还缺乏成功案例。分析了当前管理类专业校企合作实践教学存在的诸多问题,指明了改革思路及实施路径,提出了"两个对应、四种能力、一个目标、三个环节"的人才培养模式、校企合作共建实验室及"三层次""六平台"的实验体系,并且通过加强企业实训来提升学生就业,最后通过在信息类院校试点,检验了教改的成效。School-enterprise cooperation is aimed to improve the quality of professionals training and the economic benefits of enterprises, which has been mature in developed countries but has no suc- cessful cases in domestic universities. Through analyzing the problems in the practice teaching of school- enterprise cooperation for management specialty, this paper provides a sollution to those probbems, which is called the professionals training mode of "two correspondences, four capabilities, one objective and three links" with the experimental system of "three levels and six platforms" equipped with laborato- ries jointly established by schools and enterprises. Besides, enterprises should provide students with practice so as to improve their employment. The reform of the practice teaching mode has been proven effiecient after being tested at information engineering schools of colleges.
