摘 要:很多教育领导者并不缺乏合理的价值观念与道德立场,也不缺乏识别、分析与应对问题的认知能力,他们所缺少的是坚持原则、坚定观点、坚决行动的教育领导勇气。这种勇气是指在忍耐危险与困难的情况下,运用理智的判断与审慎的选择,做正确之事、捍卫教育价值与教育原则的意志与行动。教育领导的培养需要教育领导者对勇气本身的涵义有清晰的理解,对教育与教育领导有深层的信念,敢于真诚地面对内在自我,并能借助适切的方式造就勇敢的教育组织。What do a majority of educational leaders lack are not sound values and morals, not cognitive competenees of identifying, analyzing and coping with problems, but courage to stand for principles, stick to their opinions and act firmly. Courage in educational leadership is a will and action that uses reasonable judgments and prudent choices to do right things and safeguard educational values and educational principles under the circumstances of enduring risks and hardship. Cultivating courage in educational leadership need educational leaders to understand its meanings, have deep beliefs about education and educational leadership, face inner self with integrity, and build the courage of educational organization by virtue of pertinent approaches.
