摘　　要：目的调查山东省桓台县中学生的口腔健康状况,探讨中学生口腔疾病患病特点,为龋病、错畸形的防治提供依据。方法采取世界卫生组织口腔健康调查方法并参考第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案,对桓台县城区所有中学生共15893人的口腔健康状况进行普查,检查项目包括冠龋、错畸形情况。结果桓台县中学生恒牙患龋率为30.58%,龋均为0.69,女生患龋率、龋均高于男生,15～18岁年龄组高于12～14岁年龄组,其中第一、二磨牙龋分别占恒牙龋的53.12%、41.32%。错畸形率为60.22%,安氏错畸形构成比为安氏Ⅰ类76.84%、安氏Ⅱ类12.81%、安氏Ⅲ类10.35%。结论桓台县中学生龋病及错畸形发病率较高,应加强口腔健康教育,提高中学生的口腔保健意识。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the oral health status of middle school students from Huantai Shandong province, and demonstrate the prevalence of oral diseases and provide data for prevention and treatment of dental caries and malocclusion in this area. Methods 15 893 middle school students from Huantai were screened in this study according to the criterion issued by World Health Organization （WHO） on the basic methods of oral health investigation and China oral health epidemiology survey protocol. The inspection item included coronal caries and malocclusion. Results The coronal caries prevalence rate among the middle school students investigated was 30.58%, and the average decayed teeth were 0.69. The prevalence rate from female students was higher than that from male students, and prevalence rate from age 15-18 was higher than that from age 12-14 in the caries and the average decayed teeth. The proportion of the first molar and the second molar were 53.12% and 41.32% in the coronal caries respectively. The prevalence rate of malocclusions was 60.22%, including 76.84% of Angle Ⅰ , 12.81% of Angle Ⅱ and 10.35% of Angle Ⅲ. Conclusions The prevalence rate of dental caries and malocclusion among the middle school students from Huantai was relatively high. Therefore, dental health education and dental health care consciousness of students should be improved.
