摘　　要：本文通过论述企业文化对企业发展的促进作用,指出企业文化的重要地位及其对企业发展的重要意义,分析了现阶段企业文化存在的问题,并创新性地提出以"知信行"模式来建设企业文化及其可行性。By discussing the important role of corporate cultrue in promoing the development of enterprise, the paper points out the important status and great significance of corporate cultrue for enterprises＂ development, analyzes the present problems in managing corporate culture, puts forward to the ＂ KAP＂ mode to the construction of corporate culture and its feasibility innovatively.
