村落视野下学校教育的错位与对接

摘　　要：在以城市为导向的教育体制下,村落中的学校在教育宗旨、教学考核、教育资源和教育结果等方面与农村的实际发展需求之间产生了错位。村落中的教育应以农村的发展作为出发点和落脚点,回归到村民的生计和村落的长远发展。Guided by urbanoriented educational system, schools in rural areas are not in line with their realistic development demands in the aspects of education aim, teaching assessment, education resource and education result. Education in rural areas is supposed to regard rural development as the starting point and stay point, finally returning to villagers＇ livelihood and rural long - term development.
