摘　　要：近年来,以人为本的Web2.0互联网模式的产生和应用,在现代远程教育领域被广泛关注,其所具有的分布式特点和强大的交互性为个性化学习提供了技术上的可行性,广播电视大学对网络教学平台的学习资源进行扩展与管理时,增加个性化学习支持,并对网络教学平台的安全进行加固就显得尤为迫切和重要。The generation and application of people - oriented Web 2.0 Intemet model arouses a widespread concern in the field of modem distance education. Its distributed features and powerful interaction provide the techni- cal feasibility for personalized learning. When Radio and TV University makes the extension and the management of the learning resources on network teaching platform, the increase of personalized learning support and the reinforcement of the security of the network teaching platform are particularly urgent and important.
