摘　　要：在推进地方区域经济建设和高等教育逐步大众化的背景下,经管类的人才是地方最紧缺的,加强经管类师资队伍建设,就能提升教学水平,培养地方需要的高素质经管类人才,从而服务地方经济社会发展。In the times of accelerating local economic construction and gradually popularizing higher education, the talents of economics and management are insufficient in those developing regions. In order to cultivate the qualified graduates to meet the requirements of economic and social it needs to strengthen the economics and management faculty to raise the teaching level.
