摘　　要：在已有的保等价变换半群的基础上,引入了保等价变换半群的一类子半群保序且保等价变换半群,并在这类半群中规定新的运算,得出一类新的半群,称为保序且保等价变换半群的变种半群.利用格林关系的定义,刻画了这类半群上的格林关系.Based on semigToups of transformation preserving an equivalence relation, a new subsemigroup of transformation semigroup preserving an equivalence was introduced, in whieh a new operation was defined, and a new semigroup called transformation semigroup preserving order and an equivalence relation was obtained. Based on the nature of Green＇ s relation, the Green＇ s relations of this semigroup were described.
