摘　　要：课程资源作为高等职业教育的核心资源,一直存在着数量不足、质量欠佳、开发和利用效率低等问题。在国有办学体制下,如何引入市场机制更好地进行高等职业教育课程资源建设成为了一个迫切需要解答的问题。文章在阐析我国高等职业教育课程资源的内涵和现状及其资本化的意义基础上,依据人力资本理论、资产计量理论等理论框架,提出了中国高等职业教育课程资源资本化的途径以及需要注意的几个关键问题。As the core of higher vocational education, curriculum resources have been undergoing the deficien- cies in quantity, quality, development and utilization so far. To introduce the market mechanism to optimize the construction of curriculum resources in higher vocational education becomes an imminent problem to be solved under the state - owned system. Based on an analysis of the connotation, status quo and capitalization signifi- cance of curriculum resources in higher vocationaI education, this thesis presents some solutions and key issues following human capital theory and assets measurement theory.
