摘　　要：高职"工作过程系统化"教材开发基本理论包括现代职业教育学习理论、行动导向教学范式理论、职业教育传播理论、高职教材评价理论;基本原则有:能力本位原则、工作过程系统化原则、职业成长规律原则、行动导向原则、职业教育课程论与专业教学论原则、教育传播原则;开发模式有:通用模式和"4912"实用模式。The basic development theories of teaching materials of ＂Working Process Systematization＂ for vocational colle- ges include modern occupation education learning theory, activity-oriented teaching paradigm theory, occupation education communication theory, Vocational teaching materials evaluation theory ; Basic principle includes Competency based principle, Systematization principle of the Working Process, Occupation development rule principle, activity-oriented principle, Vocational curriculum theory principle and Specialized teaching theory principle and education communication theory principle; Two types of development mode are the general model and ＂4912＂ utility mode.
