论我国英语阅读教学中批判性思维培养的缺失

摘　　要：在英语教学过程中注意培养学生的批评性思维能力无疑具有极大的现实意义。调查研究发现,我国英语阅读教学一向过于强调传授英语知识,而忽略了对学生思维能力的培养。文章指出,传统文化的束缚、教育理念的落后、教师批判性意识的缺失等因素共同导致了英语阅读教学中批判性思维培养的严重缺失。Cultivating students’critical thinking in the English teaching process is undoubtedly of great significance.Researches show that the English reading teaching in China as a whole tends to overemphasize the imparting of English knowledge and neglect the cultivation of students’thinking ability.This paper points out that the inadequacy of critical thinking cultivation in the current English reading teaching mainly results from three factors,including the binding of traditional culture,the lag of teaching conception,and the lack of critical thinking in teachers.
