摘　　要：借鉴国外成熟的软件人才培养模式,准确定位高职院校软件人才培养目标,将校企合作办学理念融入教改实践中。联合企业建设校内外实训基地、嵌入企业技能培训课程、改革软件专业课程体系结构、开发校企合作教材、建设师资队伍五个方面来阐述新型高职软件人才培养模式的探索与实践。With the reference of software talent training mode of foreign countries and accurate orientation of the software talent training objective in high vocational college, the idea of cooperation between college and enterprise can be practiced into teaching reform. This paper probes into the new mode of software talent training from the aspects of school-business training bases in and out of the school, enterprise specialty courses, reform of the software curriculum, development of school- business cooperative textbooks and the construction of a software teaching team.
