摘　　要：高职院校学生在顶岗实习过程中陷入了思政教育目标缺失的困境,高职院校应该以职业素养为导向,构建顶岗实习学生思想政治教育目标管理机制,依据社会和企业对高技能人才职业素养的要求,对职业素养进行分解,将职业内在的规范和要求细化并落实到学生顶岗实习过程中,提升高职学生的就业竞争力。Work placement of vocational college students brings about the loss of goals of the ideological and political education.To crack the hard nut,vocational colleges should set up an ideological and political education goal management system that is professionalism-oriented.Professionalism can be broken down according to the social and business demands for high-skilled talents,so that the job specifications and requirements can be embodied in the students’work placement.Only in this way can vocational college students’competitive edge of employment be enhanced.
