摘　　要：自主互动教学组织形式就是在大学班级里建构和形成一个学习共同体。这一学习共同体,由教师、科代表、辅导生、发展生、与重点发展生等组成,他们之间形成了相互渗透、相互联系又相互作用、相互促进的关系。构建大学自主互动教学组织形式的有效策略包括:确定明确的学习目标;创设良好的学习氛围;开展丰富多彩的学习活动;因材施教,促进每位学生学习进步。Independent and reciprocal teaching is to build up a learning community in the class. The community is composed of teachers, subject deputy, assistant students, cultivated students, key cultivated students and so on. All parts are closely linked and interact with and promote each the study object, setting a harmonious environment other.
