摘  要:文章基于重庆市农村中小学校教师的问卷调查,从马斯洛的需要层次理论和教师职业本身的特点出发。重点就教师对知识的需求状况、不同教师对能力发展的需要状况及教师对专业发展条件的需要状况三方面进行问卷分析。认为在教师的专业学习及培训时要结合教师所教学科、教师的年龄、教龄、职称等特征合理设置教学内容,要结合教师的内在需要提升教师的专业能力,最后在教师培训形式上要力求多样化。According to Maslow’s need hierarchy theory and on the basis of the characteristics of teaching profession, teachers’needs can be classified into basic need and growth need. Based on the questionnaires of teachers in primary and middle school teachers in Chongqing, the writers of this article make an analysis of the questionnaires in three aspects: teachers’need for knowledge, different teachers’need for professional ability and teachers’need for the conditions of professional development. Against the background of propelling fair educational development in western development and taking urban and rural education as a whole, the writers of this article believe that their study will be enlightening and valuable to teachers’professional and connotative development.
