摘  要:为了探究灭活沙门菌诱导黄粉虫的效果,试验采用灭活沙门菌液针刺和饲喂黄粉虫幼虫,然后粗提抗菌肽,测定其浓度及药物敏感性。结果表明:饲喂、针刺组诱导的抗菌肽浓度分别为6.644,6.832 mg/mL,两者不存在显著性差异(P>0.05),但都极显著高于对照组(浓度为1.746 mg/mL,P<0.01);黄粉虫菌饲和菌刺组的平均抑菌直径分别为14,16 mm,对照组的平均抑菌直径为11 mm。说明灭活沙门菌处理黄粉虫幼虫能产生大量的抗菌肽,并且对沙门菌具有抑制作用。To explore the effect of inactivated Salmonella to induce Tenebrio molitor,Tenebrio molitor larvae were fed and acupunctured by Salmonella fluid,then the crude extracts of antimicrobial peptides were obtained to determine the concentration and drug sensitivity.The results showed that the concentrations of the feeding and acupuncturing group were 6.644 mg/mL and 6.832 mg/mL,respectively.There were no significant differences(P0.05) in the concentrations between the experimental groups,but both were significantly higher(P0.01) than the control group(1.746 mg/mL).The average bacteriostatic diameters of the feeding and acupuncturing group were 14 mm and 16 mm respectively,the average bacteriostatic diameter of the control group was 11 mm.The results indicate that Tenebrio molitor larvae treated with inactivated Salmonella can produce a large number of antimicrobial peptides,which can inhibit Salmonella.
