新规则下我国青少年男子散打运动员技术运用现状与对策

摘　　要：采用数理统计、文献资料调研、对比分析等方法对2007年和2011年我国第6届和第7届全国城市运动会预决赛男子散打比赛进行技术统计分析,旨在全面了解和把握我国青少年散打后备人才的技术发展现状以及新规则实施下我国散打运动员技术运用特点。结果表明:2011年新规则下,散打技术进攻和得分手段发生重大变化,拳腿技术成为男子散打运动员主要进攻和得分手段,摔法得分能力明显弱化;散打运动员整体技术运用手段比较单一,特色技术逐渐消失,不利于散打项目的技术特色形成;拳法主要以贯拳为最主要进攻和得分技术手段,腿法技术运用成功率明显提高,反映了新规则更有利于武术散打腿法技术的发挥和运用;新规则下裁判员喊停次数大幅度减少,比赛观赏性得以提高。建议:新规则下,散打运动员技术应全面均衡地发展,积极引导和鼓励运动员提高散打技术质量,培养散打核心技术,形成散打技术特色,彰显散打独特魅力。This paper, adopting the method of mathematical statistics literature review and comparative analysis, makes technical statistical analysis on man＇ s Sanda Athletes in preliminary and final match in 2007 and 2011 National Games. The main purpose is to fully understand and grasp the technical development of our junior Sanda athlete reservation and skill application characteristics of our Sanda athletes under new rule. The result shows that after the implementation of the new rules, Sanda technology attack and score means produce significant change, and boxing techniques and kicking technology become main attack and score means of Sanda athletes, the scoring ability of wrestling technique obviously decreased. Sanda athlete the overall technology is single, the characteristic technology gradually disappear. The main techniques to swings for the most main attack and score technology, the kicking obviously improve the success rate of using technique. So, it reflects that the new rules can benefit to the application of Sanda kicking technique. It suggests that in the new rule, Sanda athlete technology should comprehensive balanced development, actively guide and encourage athlete to improve quality of Sanda techniques, train Sanda Core Technology, form Sanda technical characteristics and highlight the Sanda unique charm.
