农村寄宿制学校低龄学生的适应问题与对策——基于中西部三省区的调查

摘　　要：对我国中西部地区三省农村寄宿制学校的调查表明,当前寄宿制学校学生的不适应主要表现为:低龄学生消极适应突出;学习任务重、生活单调;自我适应能力不强;学校归属感缺失等。农村寄宿制学校应在政府增拨教育经费的基础上,营造良好校园环境,完善管理制度,加强师资队伍建设,增进家校合作,从而使学生快乐健康地发展,更好地适应寄宿学校的生活。The investigation of the rural boarding schools in 3 Provinces Regions in Central and Western Regions shows that the students in boarding schools have some adaption problems right now such as notable negative adaptation in young students,heavy study pressure,shortage of self-adaption capacity and school identification.The rural boarding schools should creat a favorable school environment,complete administration system, strengthen the construction of teacher＇s staff and increase the cooperation between home and school on the base of the additional government appropriation.So the rural boarding schools can help students to cultivate positive and healthy attitude, and adapt school life better.
