摘　　要：自1986年第一次实施科研评估以来,科研评估已经成为英国高等教育的重要部分。本文梳理了英国科研评估自首次实施以来的发展,审视了已有研究对科研评估实施和影响的分析,包括教育系统层面的评估和学科层面的评估,接着介绍了其他国家科研评估实践的例子,最后对大学科研评估实践可能的发展方向做一些预测。Research evaluation has become a major part of the United Kingdom higher education scene since the implementation of the first research assessment exercise in 1986. This article considers the development of research evaluation practices in the United Kingdom over this period,before examining the conclusions of a range of studies that have reviewed its operation and impacts,at both the system and subject levels.Some consideration is then given to research evaluation practices in other countries,before some concluding observations are offered on the possible directions in which research evaluation practice may be going.
