基于流行病学调查的山西省高校教师亚健康状态分析

摘　　要：目的:研究山西省高校教师亚健康状态的现状及其影响因素。方法:采用自行设计的山西省高校教师亚健康状态调查问卷进行流行病学调查研究,并用统计学软件对调查结果进行统计学处理。结果:山西省高校教师亚健康状状态发生率为72.6%。与WHO的一项全球性亚健康调查的结果(75%)接近,并且影响亚健康的因素有年龄、文化程度、性别及心理和社会应激能力等。结论:山西省高校教师亚健康状况不容乐观,学校、特别是政府和社会应采取各种针对性的预防干预措施,提高教师的整体健康水平。Objective： Study on the present state and influence factors of the suk-health statrs of college teachers in Shanxi province.Methods： Designed a questionnaire of the sub-health status of college teachers in Shanxi province to carry out the epidemiology survey,and apply statistical analysis to the data.Results： The incidence of the sub-health status of college teachers in Shanxi province is about 72.6%,close to a global sub-health survey of the WHO（World Health Organization）（75%）.In addition,age,cultural,psychological and social stress ability also play roles.Conclusion： The health state of college teachers in Shanxi province is not optimistic and needs improving.Universities and especially government should act to accomplish this aim.
