摘　　要：以河北省大学毕业生自主创业、创造更多就业岗位来带动就业为主线,对创业成功并带动大学毕业生就业的典型个案进行调查分析。针对河北省乃至我国大学毕业生在就业创业过程中存在的问题,提出在政府引领下,高校应尽力为大学生搭建创业准备平台,并在校友的支持下拓宽创业通道的措施。Discussing the Hebei province university graduates＇ emrepreneurship rum creating more employment op- portunities, this paper analyzed the typical cases of successful self-employment and proposed the countermeasure for the employment problems of Hebei or even China that the university should, led by the government and supported by the schoolmates, make every effort to built a platform for college graduates＂ entrepreneurship and broaden the entrepre- neurial channel.
