个性化教育本质辨析

摘　　要：从本质上来说,个性化教育的目标不是培养受教育者笼统的、抽象的个性,而是要塑造受教育者的优良品格,在实际中处理好个性化教育和素质教育、创新教育与社会主义核心价值观教育之间的关系;在实施个性化教育的过程中,需要综合考虑受教育者的个性心理特征和教育投入,制定合理的教育计划和实施方案,同时需要进一步深化教育体制改革,统筹兼顾自考、民办教育等多种教育体系、教育市场。In essence, the aim of individualized education is not to cultivate the educatee＇s general, abstract individuality, but to shape the educatee＇s excellent character. In practice, it is need to deal well with these relationships among individualized education, quality education, innovative education and the socialist core values education ; In the process of implementing indi- vidualized education, it is need to comprehensively consider the educatee＇ s psychological characteristics and educational in- vestment, to make reasonable education plan and implement plan, to deepen reform education system and to overall considerate various education systems and markets such as self- study education and private education.
