我国乡村卫生人才的现状及对医学教育发展的启示

摘　　要：我国已初步建立起较完整的农村卫生服务网络,但存在农村卫生服务人员数量严重不足,队伍结构不合理,卫生人员学历、职称层次不高,接受在岗培训少,人员流失严重和准入管理制度不完善、执行不严格等诸多问题。本文从医学教育体系结构、医学教育层次结构、医学教育专业结构和医学教育方式方法等方面阐述了我国医学教育现状及我国乡村卫生人才的现状对医学教育所带来的思考。China has preliminarily established rural health service network, but there is a seri- ous number of problems in rural areas, such as health workers quantity and team structure, health per- sonnel education, job title level, to accept the job training being a serious drain on staff and to access management system being imperfect. This article described the status of China~ medical education and tne thinking about the status of China~ rural health personnel from points of the system of medical edu- cation, medical education level and professional structure and education methods.
