摘　　要：在经济社会快速发展、思想文化日趋多元的大背景下加强师德建设,应充分利用好师爱培育、学习优化、环境塑造这三个有效途径,进一步推进师德伦理建设、提升师德育人功能、建设良好师德生态。In the rapid development of economic society,thought is becoming increasingly multicultural.Under this general background,we should further promote the teacher＇s ethics and morality building,enhance the ethics educational function and build a good morality ecology by making full use of teachers＇ love nurturing,optimization of learning,shaping of the environment.
