摘　　要：新建本科院校应牢固树立质量意识,转变教学观念,端正质量意识和质量监控意识,加强教学质量监控,确保教学质量的提高;应认清现状,查漏补缺,扬长避短,完善内部质量监控体系,切实提高人才培养质量;应妥善筹划,精心设计,构建长效的质量监控机制,重构严密的质量监控体系,促进人才培养质量的不断提高。The new local undergraduate universities should have the strong sense of quality, change their teaching con- ceptions, keep straight their consciousness of quality and quality supervision, and strengthen the supervision of their teaching quality in an attempt to improve such quality. Further, they should become aware of the current situation, examine themselves to see if there are any leaks or weakness in their systems, make best use of advantages and bypass the disadvantages, and per- fect the internal supervision system of quality to improve the quality of personnel training. And finally, they should also make good plans and careful design, construct the long-term mechanism of quality supervision, and reconstruct the strict quality con trol system to increase the quality of personnel training.
