摘  要:红色骨骼是红骨圭山山羊区别于其他山羊的典型性状,试验分析和比较红骨山羊与非红骨圭山山羊的体尺性状及屠宰性状,为红骨山羊的选育提供基础数据。试验以全放牧条件下17~19月龄红骨圭山山羊和非红骨圭山山羊各8只、公母各半为研究对象,对其进行活体、胴体和屠体测定,比较两者之间活体指标和屠体性状的差异。红骨山羊和非红骨山羊的活体指标、胴体体尺各指标间均无显著性差异,但屠宰性能指标中红骨山羊的胴体净肉重显著高于非红骨山羊(P<0.05),肉骨比极显著高于非红骨山羊(P<0.01),胴体骨骼重显著低于非红骨山羊(P<0.05)。红骨圭山山羊具有骨骼轻、产肉率高、肉骨比较高等特点,在生产上具有较好的利用与开发前景。Red bone is a typical trait of Yunnan red-bone goat distinguished from other goats. The present study was to analyze and compare the body living index, body compositions and carcass traits between Yunnan red-bone goat and normal bone Guishan goat and to provide basic information for its breeding and utilization. In current study, 17 - 19-month-old Yunnan red-bone goats and eight normal bone Guishan goats ( ♀:♂ = 4:4) with grazing conditions were used to evaluate their body living indi- ces, body compositions and carcass traits. There was no significant difference of living body and car- cass scale indexes between the two types of goats. However, compared with the normal bone Guishan goat, red-bone goat showed higher lean weight (P 〈 0. 05 ) and lower bone weight (P 〈 0.05 ). Thus, the ratio of meat to bone was significantly higher in red-boned goats (P 〈 0. 01 ). The red-bone Guishan goats has the characteristics of light bone and high meat productivity and has high value of uti- lization and breeding in future goat production.
