摘　　要：实施人才战略,充分发挥区域人才优势,积极开展全方位、多层次、跨区域的人才智力交流与合作,从中部地区人才培养及开发价值取向和立体化人才培养及开发诉求等途径分别为实施中部崛起战略提供坚强的人才和智力保证。In order to provide strong personnel talents and intellectual resources for the rise of Central China, we should imple- ment the rising strategy in central region by giving full play to the role of talented people, carrying out a comprehensive, multi- level and cross-regional communication and collaboration in qualified personnel and intellectual resources, exploring the talents＇ value orientation and developing their appeals.
